Google has announced that AdSense is now available in Telugu language, and publishers can now monetise their content to target Telugu language speaking markets.
When I was growing up, it was all so simple. Andhra Pradesh = Telugu. Then, when I wasn't looking, they went and bisected [mapsofindia.com] practically every state (why the ### would you chop up Bihar? hasn't it got problems enough?), so now it’s Telangana (the part of former AP that contains Hyderabad) = Telugu AND Urdu Andhra Pradesh (what's left of it) = still Telugu
Well, that's nice. People in Hyderabad are no longer stuck with ads whose primary target audience is in Pakistan. I guess.
