Switching to https creates problems with adsense banners?

No problems if you make sure all paths are HTTPS

I had a CTR in February and March of 1.5%, with https in April is 1.25%, the CPC is stable.

Why are you attributing a drop in CTR to a switch to https. CTR is very sensitive to changes in market conditions, it is far more likely that market explains this change.

What you are saying is a possible thing, so I tried to understand if others after the migration to https have had a drop in ctr.

Switched my whole network of sites to https late last year and saw no difference in adsense performance. Agree with Nick, most likely market related for u.
