CTR is cut down by 50% (Please Help)

My site recently had a day where it had an abnormally high CTR and lost the arrows because of it, now the arrows are back but I am noticing a much lower CTR that usual. When I view my site everything looks the same but for some reason the CTR is much lower. Has anyone seen this? Will it return to normal again after some time? Please let me know

Does it affect all your ad slots ?
All platforms ? (desktop, mobile, etc..)
All type of ads ? (text, display, etc...)
All countries ?
How about your active view viewable ?
And your coverage ?

It looks like it affects all platforms and yes all as types as well and all countries. My active view viewable seems normal as well as my coverage though. Have you seen this before or do you know what’s going on?

What does your ad-networks report show in terms of impressions (not earnings)?
More exactly:
View the report as line graph over a last 30 days.
Compare AdWords and your top ad-networks (typically criteo or quantcast or DCLK).
Look for a drop in Adwords impressions and an increase from the third party networks.

I am also seeing no drop in AdWords impressions, at all over the course of the month. Do you think it may have something to do with losing the arrows and getting them back? It really started happening at the beginning of March, but I am hearing other people are having issues with low earnings right now as well so I’m really not sure

I may have figured it out. My site seems to be showing less contextual ads which seem to have a higher CTR and personalized. Is there a way I can make it so my site shows more contextual ads within the dashboard without affecting CPC or anything negatively?
