Although I now see the Region established for both Desktop & Mobile, they still say "Status: Not reviewed"

It's been like that forever on my side :-). Regions appeared immediately, when the tool was brought online. But never been reviewed.

"Not reviewed" on both desktop and mobile.
Region: A on desktop, but nothing on mobile. I'm just wondering how much time Google will take to review the sites when they are rejected and given a notice of 30 days?

@mayankParmar... this is my concern as well.. if i look at all previous interactions with google I can guess this is going to be a massive problem.
