usa publishers, i hadn't received my 1099-misc tax form in the mail so i requested it by email and they sent it.

when i opened it my street address had magically revered to my old address from 10 years ago. that explains why i hadn't received it. was receiving the forms fine at my correct address up until last year. guessing that something got effed up with their db work as they or their accounting company ported the data to the new entity name for the year 2017.

i sent them a support message but i couldn't be the only one with this problem. anyone else?
