Anyone do this, and if so, any suggestions or pitfalls to watch out for?

I've been thinking about expanding my largest site (roughly 5 million monthly pageviews, 99.8% US) to include more news, and set up Adsense revenue sharing with news providers. Revenue sharing seems to be super complicated, but a lot of Google tools are so I don't know if it just SEEMS complicated or if it's poorly explained.
