If you have your account set to show only on your verified sites, you don't have to do anything. People aren't using your ad codes purposely, it just came along with the scraped content. If you don't have your account set to show only on your owned/verified sites, then you should probably change it, otherwise you're approving of whatever junk sites it appears on, that could be bad.

Non-authorized sites occasionally appear in my account, sometimes a few at a time. I don't worry since they are not on my owned-sites list, and they usually disappear after a day or two.

May be a good way to track down who's plagerizing your content and damaging your branding. I'd go after them hard.
