does login-in to adsense via Dynamic ip cause adsense ban?

I open my adsense account via different IP addresses.

Hi there,

I am using a ISP which provides dynamic IP.(Changes IP every-time I connect to the internet)..which means, I open my adsense account via different IP addresses. Will adsense ban me for doing so?

P.S. I am using one browser and one pc to open my account.

looking forward to your answer.

I would imagine not.

I've been with adsense for about 10 years and on a dynamic IP for all that time ....

Think of all the webmasters who work on the road. Everytime they check into Adsense it's very likely from a completely different location and thus IP address each time.

(What would be a possible problem would be logging into your account from a specific IP address and then a click being registered on an Ad with your pub ID from the same IP address, but I even think Google filters those out now)

No, IP has nothing to do with your LogIn as long as you supply the correct credentials (username/password) you're fine.

Thank you guys for answering my question, appreciate that!

one other question that bothers me is that my brother got an adsense account before and he was banned later on due to invalid activity. Right now, we are using the same internet connection to manage two different accounts. should i get me a personal internet connection or is it fine if i continue using the same Internet connection?

Thanks in advance!

BTW - Nazhahp, welcome to WebmasterWorld [webmasterworld.com]

No need... again, it's not the IP address (Internet connection) that is tied to your account, it's the LogIn credentials (username/password)

I wouldn't be too concerned. I've travelled about the place and accessed my Adsense account from numerous countries, and never had a problem. IP will only be an issue if someone sharing your IP clicks on your ads.

In fairness Google will expect this type of activity. They will know that a lot of users will have a dynamical assigned IP each time they login. They may also recognize the IP Range as belonging to a specific ISP. I certainly would not worry about it.
