DFP on Mobile Probs?

I have two sites I've developed that are using separate DFP accounts and I noticed as of this morning, it's making the page jump to the footer when loading.

Tried to click the (?) HELP button on DFP but it's been disabled...tried 2 different browsers. DISABLED.

Anyone else having this problem?

I can barely get Adsense Mobile to load for the past week with my older Firefox (which I like to use because it's so much more nimble than the newer versions) but there's not much point at looking at the earnings every day anyway.
