I'm in the process of selling one of my sites. I removed my Adsense (and unverified the site in question from Adsense) and Google Analytics codes from it, along with removing it from my Google Search Console (previously called Google Webmaster Tools). Thereafter, I set my Adsense to only allow verified sites to display my ads.

However, I still see the site listed on Google Adsense, but it is greyed out. It has been a week since I made the changes. My question is if there is a way to completely remove the site from showing up on Adsense with the new user interface. I know it was possible to completely remove a site from Adsense with the old interface, I can't seem to find a way to do the same with the new interface. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
