I don't know if this is new feature, but now I see an option for "Automatic experiments: We may run automatic experiments on your behalf on up to 5% of your traffic. The results will be used to provide you with better and more customized recommendations based on the data we collect".

I've seen that. I think it's only been there a short time. Somewhat along the lines of those emails & notices I keep seeing telling me to do this or that to earn more.

It's always worded to seem like I'm the one that will benefit, but I've seen how a few of those "experiments" look and I don't like them and don't want my visitors to go through that.

I was also receiving recommendation emails , but I didn't have the option to activate or not (it's OFF by default in my account) the auto experimentation.
