I am not sure if it's adsense ads or another ad network calling for this script. But combing through my 404 log I have found that some ads are installed incorrectly and this file keeps on getting called.
Has anyone experienced this?

The request is from MRAID ads which may be published through Adsense. I would ignore the 404s.
