Ad review center Star/Favorite

Hi-

Sorry if this is a silly question, but in the Ad review center, there is a little star for each ad. What's the purpose of this star? Is it just for us to mark some ads, to more easily follow their ranking? Or what else? Can it be a to give a clue to Google, that such or such ad might be of a higher interest than others?

It is not a silly question I have been wondering the same thing. Unfortunately I do not have an answer.

Hi NickMNS,

I am surprised this feature is not documented. It's been a while since it exists, in fact, I can't remember when it appeared, and still I can't really find information online about it. (inspiste of the millions of articles "supposedly" teaching you how to exploit at its full potential the tools provided by Adsense).

I feel like it might only be for our own usage. To be able to watch at particular ads. I've clicked the star on 2 ads, which are perfectly matching my site content, but it has no positive or negative effect after 2 weeks. I'll "favorite" some more, since it has not negative impact, and may be it contributes to a learning/understanding process anyhow.

Label ads in the Ad review center [support.google.com]

It simply labels the ad temporarily to bring it to the attention of another person within your account or for your future reference.

Ah okay! Thank you iamlost, I've been checking the help pages, but didn't figured it was called "label".
