Optimization tip: "Add Page-level code to more of your pages"

...but it's on every page.

Google AdSense's optimization tab is telling me:

Add Page-level code to more of your pages
By adding the page level tag to more of your pages you can take greater advantage of it.

However, it's on every single page. (It's in the main site header). There isn't a single page without it.

Is anyone else seeing this?

I never see those "tips" anymore since I allowed everything and updated the code to let Google serve whatever ads it wants.

I do too. I allow everything, though have a few optimization experiments going on at the moment (none of which should effect the pagelevel ads). I don't really understand why I'd have optimization telling me to do something I already do...

There are buggy things in most all Google's report pages. Still, when we see them in our own accounts, it can cause us to question whether it's something real.

I just got the same msg - but, like OP, it's already site-wide.

Last week I ran an experiment to add a coloured border on one of my ad units. It returned an over-200% increase in "quality score", so, with an eye to the future, I enabled it.

Today I have an optimization tip telling me to remove it.

*sigh*

Google all too often = "Oh Duh!"

I swear it all comes down to the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing.

As a little test, I've now tried running an experiment to remove the same coloured border on the same ad unit. It's adding an over-300% increase in "quality score". I can only presume that someone, somewhere doesn't know what's going on.
