1) I was wondering whether there is such a service from more experienced adsensers that could have a look at your website and then try to help you with the ad positioning, keywords...

I'm more interesting in the ad positioning. I have been trying for the last years, to change a bit here and there, but it's so difficult to judge whether your change has an effect or not... even without no change sometimes I see big differences in earnings from one week to another.

2) The second question is:
I'm also thinking of redesigning the website (which I have customised and I'm not a designer). I would like to let a professional designer have a look at my website, but the zones where the ads should be placed are very important and they need to be factored in from the very beginning into the design, so if the designer would have adsense experience or knowledge it would be even better.

Or maybe I'm just dreaming, maybe the ones that really know how to make money may not want to share their stories... they just enjoy drinking champagne on a yacht...

My point being that you can read many books, tutorials but sometimes a fresh pair of experienced eyes could easily spot what you the site owner would have never thought of....

If such a service exist, how much would you think it would cost?
