So I have all three and I use all of them, but usually media.net and FBAN each make 1/12 of what Adsense do. So here is my list of questions.

1) what works best for you on FBAN. I.e. Native or banner or both, how many, and where do you set the performance optimizer? Up until now I have been using two banners set at CPM, and one native, first set at fill rate and now set at CPM. (FTR my traffic is about 80 percent mobile)

2) what works for you on media.net? More AdX, more keywordblocks, higher or lower on the page? So far I have experimented with various layouts and nothing sticks. Although it's been awhile since I have stayed in contact with my customer service rep there.
