I've been helping people get AdSense accounts.
They get initial approval.
We create ads in their account.
We post them to their sites which are content rich.
In a few days, the ads disappear from the AdSense accounts.
There is no disapproval.

Any ideas of what's going on?
Thanks.

How are you creating ads and posting to their account?

Yes, unless you're confusing Adsense with Adwords, I don't really follow.

I think he means that he creates ad units to place on his friends'/clients' sites. Then the ad units disappear from their account or the ads stop displaying on their websites. Not sure why either would happen.

A. I'm not confusing AdWords and AdSense. #duh
B. We are creating specific ads in the new ads section of their accounts. The ads say new. If everything goes correctly after the ads are on their site, they change to active. But in some cases, the ads disappear in the account.
C. We are using the Advanced Ads plug in to place the ads on the site.
