I was on my website today, with my mobile phone, and was prompted to allow or disallow a popup. Out of curiosity, and great surprise, I consented and was taken to a website which matched an Adsense ad unit. I know this because I saw the same visual design, on the 3rd party site and the ad, prior to being taken away from my site.

Does Google allow this? I always though Adsense had very strict standards and possibly even blocked the ability to do this on the advertisers side.
