I am new with AdSense and I want to ask you about the steps I have to do after aproval my request? May be somebody will tell me some tricks?

No tricks. Just produce well written, original content that is of use to your visitors. Don't overload your site with ads. Make the site easy to navigate. Allow text and image ads. You will have to test ad placements and ad sizes to see what work best for you.
