Help for increase CPC

Hi i have 4 month on Adsense
First month the cpc was 1
Second 1.1
Third 1.38
Fourth 0.6 (Now april)
Can you help me to increase the cpc?
Can you tell if its related with ad network ? (I havent the option ad category to allow or block)
I have around 2000 views/day and a ctr from 1.9% to 3%

Where does your traffic come from? Sounds as though Google has decided that your traffic is not converting for advertisers and has lowered the cpc that they pay to be on your site, resulting in lower epc for you. If that is the case, then there is no way to increase epc unless your traffic starts converting better.

75% from FB and 25 % from search engine (google yahoo etc)

I'd say that explains it. In general, social media traffic does not convert as well as search traffic. Of course, social media conversions can vary by site and depend on niche, design and a host of other factors.

Can you tell me how ad networks works?
Or i block all and let only google ads?
Some money are taken from my past earnings 300-400 euro.
It can be because this that cpc is low or its a period that the cpc is low?
I read some where that when have a campaign like the presidential campaign,google shows ads for this one or someelse campaign.its true this?
