Google Page Speed Reports SpotAds.co on Site Running "AdSense Only"

Should I be concerned? I Google "feeding" this to my site?

I just ran G PageSpeed test on a site of mine that only runs AdSense so I was a bit surprised when GPgSpd reported that I should compress the following:

Compressing https://cdn.spotad.co/sg_general/0.0.105/sg_ad_manager.min.js could save 24.7KiB (68% reduction).

I'm not an AdSense expert so I don't know if G mixes things up. I'm not running any other ad feeds or alternate ads.

I have alarms going off, wondering if my site has been "jacked", i.e., someone other than my friend Google has managed to inject ads. I searched G for SpotAds.com + AdSense and nothing popped up that would explain a connection.

If you really want to see what's going on, run it through [webpagetest.org...] - that will tell you every single HTTP call. Another good one for checking performance is [gtmetrix.com...] I use that all the time too. Don't just rely on Google's PageSpeed for insight. No single testing site is perfect.

It's ridiculous how many different domains and hits AdSense does. I just ran one on my site and it's calling stuff from:
pagead2.googlesyndication.com
googleads.g.doubleclick.net
cm.g.doubleclick.net
tpc.googlesyndication.com
www.google.com
encrypted-tbn2.gstatic.com
fonts.gstatic.com
www.gstatic.com
fonts.googleapis.com

With that said, I've never heard of spotad.co but they are a legit "third party" ad network in AdSense. So if you have ad networks enabled, you have nothing to worry about.

Thx Swanny for the pagespeed tips.

I'll check on 3rd party networks. I thought it was set to off but I haven't looked recently.

spotad.co is one of the networks in google adsense. I can see two "Ad networks" in google adsense. Spotad.co (IL) and Spotad.co (UK) - so nothing much to worry about.

Needless to say, you can enable/disable ad networks in adsense if you wish to.
