How many reports of a violation until Google takes action?

I reported one website with #*$!ographic (xxx) photographs with adsense/adwords advertisements 12 times over the past month and they have yet to ban them. I report one URL every few days, ads get taken down, and another url pops up with the same photographs. How many violations do I have to report until Google does something about the website? I had a customer complain that one of my ads was on it and Google just does not seem serious about it. Anyone had some experience with this or does the reporting via the regular tool not work?

Because as mentioned, his/her ads are appearing on it. That would certainly annoy me.
Perhaps you should contact Adwords directly and threaten to pull your ads because of Adsense's lack of action.

You can add the website URL to your exclusion list in adwords so your ad doesn't appear on this website.

Block the domain in AdWords.

From what I've seen, it can take 2-3 months to get violations taken down, but it does happen eventually.

Very annoying, we blocked the website on our end. I will just keep reporting it once or so a week with different URLS and see what happens.
