Create Another Adsense Account

Ok, my post earlier was closed. Anyway, I know some people ( cant talk to them anymore ) that were able to get another adsense even though they got banned with their first adsense account.

Some of the users here told me that i can't GET adsense anymore.. even though my physical address has changed? I think it is still possible to get one.

I've heard of it happening before so it can be done. Should you do it? That's another question, to which the answer is 'no'. If you were banned before it was probably for a good reason. If you've got an unusual name, or you try using Adsense with any sites/domains that were banned, or you try gaming the system again, they'll sniff you out and ban you again. I wouldn't waste my time if I were you.
