Google has just published a "Guide to Mobile Web Success" aimed at helping AdSense Publishers get the most out of their mobile audience.

I haven't had time to read it yet, but I will as i want to make mobile work as well as possible.

Has anyone had time to read it yet? If so, what has it taught you?

I tried to download it and just got a blank screen.

How odd. I also went to the download screen and the book image downloaded as if I were on a 56 baud modem.

Once i'd completed the info required, I got a new page where I had to manually download the PDF file.

Running FF here.

Netmeg, check your email. You should have gotten a download link in there as well.
The PDF also talks about native ads. Anyone here got them already?

The guide mainly stated the obvious, except for some points when it comes to engaging the audience with an "add to homescreen" option and Push Notifications. This is not directly linked to AdSense, still interesting though.

All the other points mentioned in there can't really be transferred onto every publisher out there. Mobile anchors, for instance, don't work for me whatsoever, but switching the top in-content 320x100 on mobile with a 200x90 Link Unit increased the impression RPM by almost 300%. Wouldn't necessarily rely on anything in the report, would test everything though.
