How Can A Non-AdSense Site Suddenly Appear In My Metrics?

A small business site I have looked after for a friend for 10+ years, it has never, ever had any advertising of any kind on the site other than his own products.

Today my reorts show 1 PV for this site, how on earth is this possible?

This site is not linked to any of my other sites, it is completely standalone, however it is obviously on my hosting account.

Any ideas?

Nope. But I know an ad network (not AdSense) that I removed from ALL of my sites two months ago is still reporting 5-20 impressions a day (and I have checked and double checked, and it's not appearing live on any site I own)
