Will I get paid by google if my tax information is pending?

Unfortunately I wasn't able to update the tax information on 20th of July only and my tax information is pending now, today my friend received a PIP on his account for June earnings while I haven't received any PIP information, I wanted to ask if I could receive payments if my tax information is currently pending.

If required, tax information must be provided before the 20th in order to receive a payment that month.
