You're about 15 years too late unless you are going to bring something completely new to the table. This subject is awash with all kinds of articles and spam and you'll find it very difficult to rank without using blackhat methods.
What do you think you are going to write about that's not yet been covered?
If you're that desperate to do it I assume Blogger accounts still give easy access to AdSense.

TKS. But I have already post some cashback sites(EBATS, ETRABUX something) referral link on my blog. So I want to find something connected with these kind of stuff. Maybe operate some low competitive keywords about this.
