Adsense experiments don't allow A/B testing for placement, is there software/plugin etc. that can be used to compare placements in a similar manner?

Before I went to WordPress, I used a PHP script to serve different ads in even rotation; nowadays I use a WP plugin called AdRotate (which is for serving ads, not specifically for testing, but you can use it as such) I've set a goal for myself to become familiar with DFP by the end of the year, and hopefully I'll be able to test with that (but if not, I'll come up with something)

Yea I know. I gave it a lash (more like a stab, actually) a few years ago. From what I can see, it doesn't look like it's improved since then.

AdNgin offers exactly the type of testing you require and it's free if you have under 50,000 pageviews
