What CSS / margins work best for you?

I'm sure most of you are wrapping your AdSense code in <div> tags or the like:

<div>
* ad code *
</div>

Just wondering what settings you've found the best for your CTR? Currently I use a smaller margin-top and larger margin-bottom. I have my first ad (300x600) float left at the top with the content wrapped around and the rest (336x280s) centered between paragraphs. Seems to work okay but I'm sure it could be better. Does a larger margin-top help with CTR?

I don't embed ads in content, so it hasn't come up. I'd probably go with at least 20px all around though.

Like netmeg, an obvious set off seem appropriate. No less than 10px, my opinion.
