We received an email from Adsense Team few months ago as follows:

Dear Publisher,

Your AdSense account was previously upgraded to the new AdSense payments platform. As part of this change, we will be shutting down the old payments platform completely.

As of June 30, 2015, your payments data prior to your upgrade date (Mar-14) will no longer be available.

We recommend that you download your data and save a copy in case you need it in the future, e.g., for tax purposes. To download your old payments data, please follow the steps listed in the AdSense Help Center.

Please note:

This change will not affect the way you see your current earnings.
There will be no further communication on this topic.

We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

Regards,
The Google AdSense Team

Hello,
I will request again for help as my husband used to be regular on this website but for past few months not doing good on health, after consulting with him, i made a question on this site.
He used to be a regular member of this site.

A small help will be great.

Thank You.

Not sure this is what you want, but here is how to download the old payment info.

Log into your AdSense stats and look for the "View Payments" link near the upper right corner >
Click the link > scroll to the bottom of the page and look for the "See Previous Payments" button/link >
click it >
Then click the "Export to CSV" button/link that is to the left of the "Finalized earnings and payments" headline.

Here's a link to the Google page about this [support.google.com...]

.
