An unbelievably low EPC for me today from the USA at 18.2% of July average, honestly that's less than what I get from India!

Labor Day = Long Week-end + End of the Month... not good, but it's a good opportunity for Google to change something big...

That's annoying, my hightest PVs and Clicks of 2014, CTR normal but let down by a below average EPC this month resulting in only slightly above average earnings.
The culprit was definitely my US EPC, it was up and down like a yo-yo and -17% compared to May-July average.

I just checked, and my mobile CPC has slowly but surely declined by a whopping 50% since mid-June. Have others seen the same decrease in their mobile CPC?

Mobile EPC was mostly steady for me last month; within a few cents of desktop.

Thanks for replying. It was fairly steady for me too during August, but have you seen any kind of decline since mid-June?

Thanks, RedBar! :)
What has been the development of your mobile CPC these past three months? Have you seen a decline in that CPC like I have?

My stuff is seasonal and June and July are my top months, and up to 80% of my traffic is mobile. EPC is still pretty steady, and actually it's gone up few cents the past couple weeks though my traffic has gone down.

Seeing a new ad style with no URL and small arrows to switch ad from A to B advertising. Also two small circles at bottom of ad to switch from ad A to B. Still has the large arrow box. Looks a little busy with all the arrows and circles.

On mobile alone, yes -0.10, on tablets only by -0.016 per click! However my high-end mobile PVs have increased a lot whereas tablets have risen as per previous months.
Mobile PVs July v June +25.8% Mobile PVs Aug v July +19.7% Mobile PVs Aug v June +50.5%
Actual mobile clicks August v June +78.4%
Overall income from mobile/tablets have gone as follows:
June 26.7% July 29.2% August 31.9%
Hope that helps.

Yep, I first saw this a couple of weeks ago and actually clicked on the circles to see what happened!

September looks good so far, but how much will actually stay? August picked up but just noticed current balance is low. It is only showing 89% of the total listed under reports for August, so more than 10% clawback :(

Are Adsense stats stuck lately? My numbers are way low in the mornings/afternoons, and then at night, numbers start climbing like crazy.
Though Analytics show me different numbers; the difference between morning vs night are dramatic. I don't think my audience behavior changed a lot one day to another, after 10 steady years.

Just wanted to chime in. That as of August 1st, my mobile CPC earnings from adsense dropped 33%. Was somewhere around 30 cents in June July and 10 cents in August.
I have a friend doing very similar niche to me, and his cpc in mobile is still what mine used to be, all of august. Makes me think some algo is in play, where some big advertisers were pulled from certain types of sites? Not really sure what to do, but certainly killing the business.
