Adsense and Cloudfare.

Anybody successfully using it?

I've been looking at the CloudFare service.
I'm curious if any Adsense publisher here is using this or a similar one.
I'm hoping to learn that implementing it in no way affects earnings or the status of your Adsense account, and it does produce a noticeable decrease in load time for web pages.

I'm aware of the need of using the mod_cloudfare server module so each visitor's true IP addresses is revealed.
I assume this totally solves the problem of poor geo-targeting of Adsense ads otherwise?

I've also read where the "Rocket Loader" aspect of the service may interfere with Adsense javascript.
My question here would be: If you turn this option off, do you get any website-speed benefit from the service other that it's just a CDN?
If not, why use CloudFare?

This type of service sounds great, but of course not if there are issues that cause you to loose money or your Adsense account.

Personally I would be wary if not managing your own server OR if your host wasn't accustomed to providing honest and transparent assistance - after reading of one issue it seems to be something to look into before deciding: [webmasterworld.com...]

This isn't to say it is a widespread problem, but it can happen.

I use Cloudflare on a site serving a few million pages/month.

AdSense Geotargeting is not dependent on your side, and it's not influenced if you use Cloudflare or not. In other words, AdSense uses the IP the client browser reports to their script when deciding what to show, not what your server receives from the client (which when using Cloudflare would be reverse proxied, therefore you need to check for the actual address).

You can turn RocketLoader off if you don't want the assync javascript loading. You can still benefit of image optimisation, distributed CDN, end point caching, etc. Each of this will be of benefit one way or another.

Not2easy, Cloudflare is not a hosting replacement, it's just a CDN provider. You still manage your server as usual. I never had problems with Cloudflare and have been using them for years now.

I use cloudflare pro , and I didnt see any change in CPC or CTR, so it was a good decision on my side.

I would like to hear from someone who uses cloudflare business (200$), I assume it works fine, but nothing like hearing it from a source.

I have used their services (pro) for just under two years now with no negative results. I did stay clear from the RocketLoader as Adsense loads async too.
