I have an adsense account(Payee name: Mr.XXX) which is approved by youtube channel. Now I have created a website for google adsense .when I apply for Adsense with payee name Mr. XXX. Google disallowed me .
Now I want to apply with my father name and after approving account I will change my payee name .
Thats means"The payee name and bank account will same for two adsense accout -is it possible?"

Do you need two Adsense accounts? I have used one account for three different sites on two different servers for years.

You'll have to ask Google if you have access to support. When I created a business account, I had to change the payee to the name of my business.

Question is, why? You should be able to do everything you need from your original account.

Google will not permit you to have two adsense accounts.

Your first account was already approved by YouTube channel. You can use the same google account for other websites that you own. No need to apply for a second account.

Google will not permit you to have two adsense accounts.

You can have multiple Google accounts but only one may have Adsense.

If you really "need" a second Adsense account (and I still don't see why you would so far) then you will need a separate legal persona for each which is taking you to incorporation for which you will need professional advice in your own jurisdiction.
