Is there a link between Google and Media.net

Apologies if this not the right forum but, I have been testing Media.net against Adsense for the last few months.
Today I received an email from Media.net inviting me for Premium Display Advertising with a link to a form for more information from me.

The form has Media.net at the top but the url is a google/adxseller page.
Anyone know what is going on here?

No, I got that too a couple months ago, and applied for it, but as far as I can tell, nothing much has changed.

Media.net actually competitive to adsense, i tested it for a bit when adsense was doing better and it did not compare but now since the slump.... debating going back
