Hi anthon88 and welcome to WebmasterWorld Forums. I just did a quick look at Weebly's policies for AdSense and it seems they use an element that you drag into your layout. It says there that when you do this you are offered a choice to sign up, is that where you signed up?

Hey, thank you for responding. Yes, that is where I initially signed up. I placed the adsense box using the weebly tool and then went through the process. I was then denied a few days later.

Sometimes a site is too new for a good evaluation, you don't say how many pages you've got or when your blog was started, but sometimes they want to see an indication of growth before they will approve. You can apply again after more building if that is the case.

Usually if an application is denied they might give you an idea about the reason but unless the site has been growing with a regular track record they want to wait awhile. Sometimes it can be the topic or content.

Yeah, but what I don't understand is that it seems that ads are indeed posted when I view my blog. That's the confusing part. I am not sure if I can post outside links here otherwise I'd show you.

Yes, I am not asking about why I have been denied, I realize I do not have enough content. What I am saying is that I see google ads on my page even though I have been denied.

It's using www. weebly.com /weebly /apps /serveAds.php

... i have no idea how weeby works, however if you have used their widget to place an adsense block on your blog, then maybe they serve adsense using their own pub-id, unless you are accepted and then it is replaced with yours? - just a thought

IIRC there was someone here a while back that said he was declined, yet was able to have adverts... or something like that - hence my first message, but changed it to a "." to give me chance to look at the code myself.

His site is showing as a sub-doamin for weebly's code.

The Weebly AdSense Element is part of Weebly's "Tools", if anthon88 has his own account, he can enter his ID info, if not he gets a "cut" from Weebly's earnings - that's my understanding. It can be harder to get approved without your own domain, AdSense spells out what they are looking for to open an account. It is possible, but needs a lot of work first.
