Is there anyway to determine if a specific advertiser is taking advantage of targeted ads on a site?

I recently applied for an affiliate program advertiser and was turned down and now I am seeing their ads on my site a lot. The EPC for this advertiser is fairly high and I would rather be making money via that than the Adsense PPC's.

Has anyone had any experience with this?
