What if CPM network uses a rare pop up ad w/ Adsense being used?

Could this be a problem?

I've got all my Adsense up on top of my sites, with a few CPM banner ads in the mid and bottom. This network seems to have a problem with the occasional pop up ad showing up. I'm wondering if quite simply this could get me in trouble with Adsense to have those kinds of ads on my sites WITH Adsense.

Take the network with the popups off or disable the popups.

Removed. Too bad, it's a great network, but I saw two pop ups and that's all I need to see.

Is there a script you can place on your page to block them -- by that I mean any kind of pop up? Because trying to get them removed through this network is not happening. They say they are trying to get rid of them but they're not doing a good enough job of it.
