To be honest, I actually doubt that the account has truly been deleted. Like many places, G may say they deleted it, but that may not be the case. Did you try to sign-up again with the same user name? Did you try a password recovery?

A lot of WebmasterWorld members do not attend PubCon or many of the other important conferences, at least the ones I attend. There are many benefits to attending conferences, and this situation is just one reason where personally knowing colleagues can help. I have friends and colleagues across the United States and the entire world who I have met face to face at conferences. Sometimes I helped them. Sometimes they assist me. You never know how someone you met face to face and had dinnner or shared a table will be a friend to you, a mentor to you, or a lifesaver to you in the future. Conferences are not just for learning. The most valuable aspect of conferences have been the networking. Take every opportunity to meet and befriend other web workers. This is a good reason why.

I'm going to assume that the procedure below won't work for you. Nevertheless give it a try if you haven't already. If that fails then your next recourse is to try to get invited to a Google AdSense Event within driving or train distance from your home. Fly if you must. I know of a WebmasterWorld member who did this to correct a misunderstanding who was subsequently reinstated. If you can't attend then have a colleague or friend do that for you in person. If there is a search conference where Googlers are attending then go there. Don't let the relatively small cost dissuade you. If the businesses is worth the investment then it's money well spent. Restoring a deleted account
Google Accounts can only be recovered within a short period of time after deletion. If you received an error message stating that "This account was deleted and is no longer recoverable," the account has been deleted for too long and cannot be restored by our support team.

I deleted my email over 2 years ago. No recovery option it says. Cannot log in adsense cos no email anymore and I do not know the password too.

2nd I am a private person, just starting this now, not gonna fly over to USA from Hungary, Europe for meeting folks from Google. It is Google's stupidity that the don't have any option for that. I do host gusts through Airbnb over hundreds of millions use that service and every single person has a phone customer support availability along sending emails not to a machine.

My problem can be solved over the internet just as I read it, a guy was in the very same shoe and one google guy solved his problem in a minute.

Thanks for posting that. :) I agree with you 100%. We're in agreement. You make a valid point. Which is why this statement applies:

The cost is indeed relative. I chose that word "relative" on purpose. The word relative means" "considered in relation or in proportion to something else". So for example, considering a hypothetical (and fairly typical) situation where the cost of attending a conference may be around $2,000 to help restore an AdSense account that earns you $500/month, then it is a relatively small cost. You recoup your investment within four months and afterward are making a profit on the investment.

My advice is aimed for someone who is in it for their livelihood. Clearly, as RedBar noted, this advice is not for those whose AdSense earnings are on a hobby level and don't have the time, skills or circumstance to improve it. Then yes RedBar, I agree with you, it doesn't make sense to throw good money away on a hobby project.

We don't have any Google people here who could help you; you'd need to go to the AdSense Google Group and get the attention of a Top Contributor who would pass it on to Google.
