Does this imply that the 250,000 accounts averaged less than 1 page each? Wouldn't that be impossible?

Eh?

It probably means:

- 200,000 pages were blocked from serving ads (probably because of their subject matter), but the publishers of those pages weren't guilty of policy violations. *

- 250,000 other publishers were tossed from the program for policy violations.

That's my guess, anyway, The wording is a bit confusing.

I have a video site that kind of spins off my main site, I had to fix the .htaccess file on the video site so it could only be entered through the main site because people were abusing the script with unauthorized URLs and overloading its server. Adsense kicked the video site out a few weeks ago, evidently because they couldn't access it normally, but I didn't really care, I only have it as an added feature to the main site.

I just removed all Adsense from the video site and told them what was going on, they said my overall account was still OK.
