Huh? Which Is Correct?

I have been noticing this for several days now.

I click on AdSense "Home".
What does it say?

At the very top, it says "Estimated Earnings" - it says $260 "Today so far" (for the sake of example) (extreme left of the page).

DIRECTLY BELOW, it says -
Today, October 15 - Estimated Earnings - $210 (extreme right of the page).

Which is it? What is going on?
I don't get it?

Do YOU have an explanation?

Check it out, if you don't believe me.
Something is screwy in the AdSense report.

They are computing "Estimated Earnings" TWO different ways.
Then, they give you BOTH results, on the SAME page.
I find this to be a great source of confusion.

OK. My numbers are the same now.

So it looks like the top figure is the real number (most recent, largest number), minus details.

The second figure has all the details, but is slower to update.

Does that sound right?

Yep, that's what mine did. Different when the page was initially loaded, browsed around a bit and came back and they were the same.
