Applied for Adsense. Got an email telling me the next step was to log in and create an ad unit. Tried logging in but it says my account is still in review and someone will let me know when it's time for the next step.

I'm assuming that whoever did my intial review forgot to hit a "continue" button somewhere. But I'm not allowed to contact Google about it.

What do I do? My account is in limbo and there is no way to ask Google about it.
