Possible to disable impression/ RPM revenue?

Is it possible to choose NOT to receive ad impression revenue? I would think this would need to be an option in the ad creation section so that the generated ad code would exclude advertisers who would prefer to pay by the ad impressions as opposed to clicks the same way the ad code excludes text versus media rich ads. I'm not seeing that option.

It used to be that you could write to Google and tell them you didn't want CPM ads. I don't know if that's possible anymore. All you can do is try.

They're not likely to make it a choice in people's accounts, because that would make the CPM advertisers unhappy, and advertiser > publishers as far as Google is concerned.

I found that by blocking all Google certified ad networks, CPM ads are almost zero, however, you risk lowering your CPC.

I dunno; I blocked all the ad networks except for AdWords, and my EPC is pretty high.

I'm not interested in cutting off CPM ads myself. Someone told me they did not get paid per page impression and they had chosen to do it that way. I was curious as to how this could be possible considering that the ad creation form and the payment settings have no option that I can see to decline receiving revenue from impressions as opposed to clicks.
