So this is why we noticed that not only the revenue but the *clicks* were gone out of our accounts.

As you may know, your earnings at the end of each month currently reflect the amount you've earned less any deductions for invalid activity. This is a step we’ve always taken to ensure advertisers are not charged for such activity. Until now, however, clicks and impressions associated with this activity still appeared in AdSense performance reports. Starting May 1st, we'll remove those associated clicks and impressions to address this discrepancy and provide you with the most accurate reporting.

Is there any way to see which clicks get invalidated/deleted in our AdSense stats themselves?

I'd like to know which of these invalid clicks are coming from which ad block.

Or at least which ad block generates the most invalid clicks, etc.

This doesn't make any sense. They will hide the clicks and impression to make the report most accurate? No, you show the invalid clicks and impressions to make it most accurate. I think most publishers agree that they would like see the clicks and impressions and know where they came from than rather than not see them at all and think everything is OK when it's not. This is just plain backwards. I know they want to make the stats look better but this is really misinformation.

Well people will complain either way. I don't care if they don't show up in my stats, personally.

I can now no longer tell which countries are causing invalid activity. Since I couldn't stop it I'll feel better not seeing it in my stats. I can now keep the delusion going that all my traffic is legitimate and I'll be an AdSense Publisher for the rest of my life.

Are the invalid clicks not displayed immediately or is it just taken away at the end of the month?

It seems to happen pretty fast because a couple of countries that had a way above average (for my sites) CTR now look normal whenever I log into AdSense. So, I'd say there filtering most of them within a few hours if not minutes.

Makes sense that the reported clicks and revenue tally up. Why would anyone complain about that?
