Planning for your account being disabled

Is it possible to plan for the possibility of your account being disabled by G / Adsense? The thing is, it appears that your account can be banned through no fault of your own.

It seems to me that that creating a brand new Adsense account would require the following:

1. A bank account in a new name (business or personal).

2. An address which is not linked to yor exising address.

3. Hmmmm, can't think of any other absolutely neccessary requirements.

If that was the case and you only have an existing personal Adsense account, why not set up a business account in the name of your business "#*$!xWebsites" at the address of your mum, sister, brother, friend etc. Then, monthly transfer any Adsense earnings from your personal account to your new business account to ensure the bank lets you operate the account.

After six months or so, set up a new website and point the earnings to your new bank account / address. Hey presto, you have a new adsense account which can be operated more vigourously should your main account get banned.

What are the holes in that plan?

But if you've got a branded website, once you (or it) gets banned, AdSense probably won't serve ads to the URL, even if it's under a new account. The URL is probably checked against a database of known disabled URLs. At the very least, they'll come look at it and see it's still doing whatever got it banned in the first place - right? And if it's a branded website that has been around for a while, changing it to a new domain may not be a good option.

If you're talking about churn and burn websites, well, that's different.

I accept that your major website will be doomed and irrecoverable if your account is banned. However a couple of recent posts have asked how to get back into Adsnese and some one even posted that a sex change was one of the criteria! In fact I can only see my first two criteria are neccessary. Yes / no?

And forward planning does not involve burn and churn websites. It involves setting up a website which is up and running in case you need to fall back to it if the major website account is banned.

What I'm saying is that it IS possible for almost anyone to get back into the Adsense program if their account is banned, just plan ahead. That's something that so far, almost everyone has said is impossible.

What's the "hole" in my proposal?

Only Google knows, and you won't know unless it happens; hope it never does.
