For your question, I think it would be best to go to the official adsense forum where Google employees actually help out.

The form for reporting invalid clicks is
[support.google.com...]

Find out if most of the clicks are from one source.
If you have Google Analytics go to Content > Adsense > Adsense Referrers
Select todays date, then click the Adsense Ads Clicked column heading to get the referrer with the greatest number of clicks.
If the referrer is a pay-per-click company you are being click bombed.
You can block referrers using htaccess. See [webmasterworld.com...]

Check also on Adsense Pages in the left menu.
Click on the tab on top of the leftmost column marked "Secondary Dimension" and select Domains to see if the clicks are coming from one domain.

Is that 10% just on todays reports? If so, the various components may simply have not updated at the same time, making CTR look higher than it really is.

Thanks for the help everyone. I just logged into the account and now the CTR looks normal and my balance is back to what it normally is. I'm guessing Google automatically corrected and it was a bug?

I wouldn't, since Google has already removed them there's no need to raise the alarm.
But I would worry about what caused the clicks.
If if was large number of clicks compared to the usual daily total, you might want to keep a close eye on your traffic sources over the next few days.

If you had less than 1,000 page views in one day, then that is normal.

I don't think Google always updates every metric at the same time. I mean, I don't know that for sure, but it seems like they don't in my account at least. As long as you end up normal, I wouldn't worry about it.
