Urgently: Payment on Hold, No Respons From Adsense

Hello,
I have big problems with adsense.
My payment status "On Hold, payment issue," and I have to contact Adsense Support for more information.

I have contacted adsense several times without reaching answers, and now I have been waiting for 3-4 months.
We have previously received payment from adsense for a year, so there's nothing wrong.
I have gone through everything and everything is clear.
We look forward to someone helping us.

Grateful for answers.

Google is a company like any other company. If they owe you money, write a letter with a payment reminder and if they do not pay or respond then take them to small claims court.

Friend, Its not so easy like you said.
I dont want to take them to any claims court.
I just want this issue to be fixed.

You should post this on Google Adsense Help Forum: [google.com...]

Right, unfortunately we don't have any Google participation here anymore.

@Hassaninho:

Look through the official Adsense board and find a "Top Contributor" that looks helpful. In the subject of your post type "NAME OF TOP CONTRIBUTOR Please Help - Payment on Hold" or something like that. In the thread, explain your problem. When the TC shows up to help, ask him/her to flag the thread for an Adsense Pro (Actual Google employee) to take a look.

It usually takes a few days, but that is your best bet. It often works if you have a legit issue as you seem to have.

Good luck.

If your site is a certain music site, then there's no wonder why you're put on hold. Look in your spam tray to see if Google have written to you, as you may have been banned/suspended.

(I guess you've already looked in your account settings to see that you've not put it on hold yourself.)

Hello,
We never broke any of adsenses rules and we are very hard to follow their policy.
Yes I have checked everything, and the only thing they write is:

Hi,

Thanks for bringing this issue to our attention. I'm currently working as
quickly as I can to investigate your concern and I'll be sure to send you
another email as soon as I have any more information. Thanks for your
patience, and please let me know if there's anything else I can help you
with in the meantime.

For additional payments related information, visit our Payments Guide at
[google.com...] . You can also visit our Help
Center at [google.com...] for common questions and
optimization tips.

Sincerely,

The Google AdSense Team

.If you are that particular music site, then you are breaking their TOS.

Why not?
We arent illegall music site and all documents were sent to adsense so they approved us.
The problem isnt about policy.
Its payment issue.

Presumably if they were booted out, then AdSense wouldn't show on their site right now. Does AdSense still show up on your site?

At any rate, there's nothing anyone here can do. All you can do is keep trying at the forum. But if it's been three months, I wouldn't hold out a lot of hope.

Looking at your AdSense Forum posts -- could it be related to your first name change request you submitted via the forum?

EXCESSIVE pop-ups for one. I had to leave the site because of them. "unclickable children of element" keeps appearing.

Anyway, no-one here can help.

Good luck with that, google AdSense complaints and you'll see your chances of getting any customer support.

Dear Friends,
Thank you for your reply.
I did like you told me, and now it seems that i am talking to a Top Contributor in the forum.

About the ads, yes they are still showing, but i dont have any adsense ads on my page right now, I am waiting until i find a solution for my issue.
About the popup, its from other advertise network, and not involved with anything of adsense because i dont have adsense on my page.

But right now, it seems that maybe i can get some help, so I decide to remove all popup crap and hope for solution.

Thank you everyone for your help.

Sincerely
