Has anyone noticed, that the date of the next adsense payment has changed?

Has anyone noticed, that the date of the next adsense payment has changed?

On my account I saw this morning, that the next payment will be issued by Mar 2, 2012. It was never that late. When I remember correctly, I saw always the sentence "will be issued before Feb 28, #*$!x.

I am from Germany. Is this only here?

Yes I have in US, I'm sure it is because of the short month, 30 days between payments are needed by the plex now.

It could be a 31 days thing. This year is a leap year so it would go Feb 28, Feb 29 Mar 1 Mar 2 or numerically 28, 29 ,30 ,31.

I wonder how much interest they earn holding that money. Seriously, they can give you a real time account of your earnings, but it takes a month to pay out, especially when it is an electronic funds transfer and not a physical check.

2012 is a leap year, which means that it has 366 days instead of the usual 365 days that an ordinary year has. An extra day is added in a leap year�February 29 �which is called an intercalary day or a leap day.
