It appears as though someone is displaying my adsense code on a domain, racking up 10's of thousands of (fake) impressions to my account and hurting overall CTR, RPM and possibly QS. Despite my best efforts, there does not appear to be anything I can do about it. Domain owner is unresponsive, and Google allows this.

Here is what I mean about Google allowing this:

1) Even though you can have an allowed sites list, this does NOT prevent Google from showing your ads on sites you have not allowed.

2) It seems Google permits sites that are not on your allowed sites list to not only display ads from your account, but also count and attribute impressions generated from these sites to your account.

So the end result seems to be this example: For the day I see 10k impressions overall on my account, but if I run reports on the allowed sites the number of impressions is far less like 1k.


This doesn't seem right...Am I missing anything here?
