I just go to www.google.com/adsense when the page open it was not in English language as it always happen to be it is in some other, I think some European language.
Did any body else face similar problem?

On average about once a month, Google serves up pages in my country/location language and disregards my logged in language settings.
Mostly is is the accounts page, but seen it on adsense too. Next day is usually back to normal.

Yes, you are right, as you told above exactly as happen, homepage goes normally after 2 hours.
