My wife had just apply her own Google AdSense account 2 days ago, but rejected by Google yesterday with the reason site is under construction. Can anyone verify, why the site considered as under construction? The site submit for approval is pipestutorial dot com.

I also plan to apply for my own Google AdSense account. Please also verify my following sites see if they are possible to get approve by Google.
